The Glover Park Group (GPG), a leading communications consulting firm, is seeking an innovative and experienced advertising account manager. This position can be based in our Washington, D.C. or New York offices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Management of day-to-day activities for a national health insurance corporate reputation advertising account. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, “light” client management, ensuring that all brand communications are on strategy, serving as the main contact for all production matters (on- and off-line, including social), as well as helping to manage external vendors and internal stakeholders. Ability to think strategically about long-term brand planning is a plus.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of Account Management advertising experience (branding is preferable)
  • Significant experience in creative campaign development, as well as offline and online production
  • A good understanding of media planning and targeting
  • The ability to manage processes (internal and vendors) from a remote location
  • A good communicator who can manage colleagues above and below their position
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative research
  • Experience in client management
  • Strategic thinker
  • Strong project management skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Social media experience a plus
  • Ability to analyze data a plus
